About

I’m Chloë, the non-profit Strategist who has helped more than 150 charity people become audience-led.

After cutting my teeth in direct marketing at a sales promotion agency, I got my first sector gig at WaterAid, where I ultimately led the Individual Giving Acquisition Team to its biggest year ever for new supporters.

I then hopped back to agency side, heading up Fundraising Planning at Good Agency, where I led on strategy for NSPCC, Oxfam and Dogs Trust.

I’ve been an independent consultant for five year, working with brave, hungry-for-change charities that include Barnardo’s, Crisis, British Red Cross, SolarAid and FareShare.

I host the annual ‘Red Thread Challenge’, lead the sell-out course ‘See through my eyes’, and speak on all things audience-led at places like IFC and CIOF.

I’ve always believed people are at the heart of sustainable change – both in Comms and Fundraising, and the wider world.

I’m known for my collaborative process, practical tools, and intuition for what makes people tick, which all goes to help my clients build their audience-led decision-making muscle.

I live in Norwich with my husband, baby boy and rescue cat, often travelling to London to see my lovely clients.
